Purpose
The
purpose of this tool is to scan plain text Log files that document many
potentially harmful files. Then it removes the files from the Log that
aren't harmful based on a whitelist. Finally it generates a SmallLog
from the whitelisted Log that contains only the meat of the original
Log. It is also compatible with various antivirus Log formats and can
remove irrelevant information from those logs.
It was originally designed for GeeksToGo.com members but can be used by anyone who crawls through Logs.
